10 Healthy Goldendoodle Puppies!

Wow. What a 10 days it's been. Rosie gave birth to 10 healthy puppies on May 16th. The first puppy arrived at 8 pm with the last pup showing up around 3am.

Rosie was a natural mother and her maternal instincts have been strong and loving.

Every puppy was either 13 or 14 oz at birth - very consistent. Today they range from 33-36 ounces. Still very close together. Credit Rosie for a great nursing regimen and the pups for just being pups.

Rosie's pregnancy is humming along great. We expect birth to be around May 16th and everyone is looking forward to it. She's really showing and moving slower. We gave her a mid summer trim (short) so she can stay cool, and we've scheduled the x-rays for this Friday where we should learn how many pups she's carrying.
